Very nice work on these, they all look great but I like the Scorpions especially!

I am very sorry to hear that! I would like to think, with the 'official' Legions Imperialis game arriving, it will prompt a fresh influx of new Epic scale players. Even if you just 10 or 15% of those new players start looking around for alternative miniatures and especially alien sculpts, Vanguard w...

A couple of quick questions please! :) I seem to remember seeing some sort of 'striking scorpion'-a-like some time ago. Was that my imagination or have they disappeared from the site? Also, are there any plans to expand the Eloi range? Just thinking as that 'other game' is now about to arrive, is th...

Am disappointed that the new rules have replaced the titan hit locations and damage tables with an 'HP' bar - literally one of the most fun elements of 2nd edition and they have chosen to remove it.. Funny just goes to show how much "different strokes for different folks" this is. I abhor...

I have read a few conflicting comments on what the scale will be, so perhaps need some more news or a confirmation in that regard. Also Warpath does have fewer playable alien races, but we have had it confirmed (several times) that the new Legions Imperialis will be Heresy-only (no aliens) so at lea...

If Blood Bowl or Necromunda are anything to go by, expect periodic 0.1 changes with new editions and new releases which are a prompt to buy a new rulebook and buy new miniatures for your armies (as certain units are nerfed and others buffed). Am disappointed that the new rules have replaced the tita...

Very interesting - I'll be voting that they continue it, as you can never have too few games at this scale! :)

Agreed about the timing. I wonder, if Legions Imperialis turns out to be a bloated stinker of a ruleset, perhaps the new Warpath ones might offer a nice and clean alternative?

You have to be conscious that the person writing the article was most likely in diapers or probably not even alive when those other games were released! So it will all have been reference material and perhaps the old mail order troll providing all of the info. The new game certainly looks very detai...

Absolutely beautiful work on both the noise marines and the knights! I had no idea those Epic 40k minis were so detailed, that paint job has really brought out the best in them.

I have to ask, what are the plans for the guys that run the tournaments here? Are you going to keep going with Armageddon, or see how the new rules turn out? Obviously the new game is going to bring a lot of new blood into Epic, so worst scenario here is that the new rules are shit, but everyone fee...

It will be interesting how it turns out. The main potential stumbling blocks for me are the price (it will be a completely new system for a lot of people, and they need to convince people to make the 'jump') - one of the great strengths of Epic, which still lasts to this day really, was that it was ...
