That's the problem I have - I am not actually near any Gamesworkshop's. I like to have a Painting night with my friends at my house. Wife usually cook some tacos and our kids go terrorize in the kids area and then we "big kids" sit down and talk shop and try to paint, That's another probl...

I lover warhammer, but both times I really went for it (first time about 10 years ago, second time about a year) I really got put off by the painting. It takes way too long and let's face it, I know you could just paint it to a crap standard but who really wants that? Not having a moan, just wonderi...

Totally agree with that Rasta, I think GW do see Apoc as the replacement for epic yet you really do have to have a deep pocket to buy some of the units etc.

I apologise if already posted but is the above the new EA with it's mass infantry, orbital strikes and war machines? Understandably the system of play is different but with EA seemingy being abandoned by GW, Apoc does seem to have a lot of similarities to EA.
