alright so that gives me something to play with. I choose baneblades because I thought these were the basic variant of the chassis and probably a good allrounder. I can change them to shadowswords I guess. What makes the Shadowsword so much better then the baneblade though? Right now, we are not us...

Hello, Thanks. I could drop the supreme commander for a normal mechanised infantry compay though. Not really sure about the commander. No, no. What i said was the opposite, that you should keep it, specially for the first games and higher points games. You seem to be using an out of date army list ...

Glad to see your account got approved and you are beginning with EA. About the list, it sounds good. It will be maybe a bit harder to master it, but for the first games sounds more than enough. Also, even though Supreme Commanders are not that important at those points while still not uncommon, it w...

Or Vassal, but there are not many people in. Last spring there was an increase due to the virus, but that has died mostly.

Thanks

I checked it is the one he gave us but we will ask. He also says he did it two or three months ago. Could it be that?

We have another with nickname Left, but says he did it 10-11 months ago. Is it possible?

Abetillo - those are Onyx’s Nids, from Australia. Nids are featured on https://onyxworkshop.wordpress.com/epic-armageddon/tyranids/ but the whole blog is worth reading. Oh, ok. I knew i got them from his blog, but i was under the assumption that they are not his, same as with some other photos there.

Yeah, it is perfectly fine. I think they will look a lot better for walkers than round ones, which end up having too much wasted space at the front or back. GlynG’s Tyranids have some oval bases, they look fine. Are they these ones? I have had this photo for some time but i do not know the source. h...

Thanks jimmyzimms for putting it here. I remembered that guy, but from a way smaller picture. hot damn they are digging up all the old stuff, I'm gonna assume that the netea titan legion list wont be changed for the new models? Well, in Epic that guy was always just another of the myriad of Warlords...

Thanks for the heads up regarding Vanguard sizes. IIRC a lot of their minis are slightly bigger than GWs? The bigger the guy is, the bigger the difference with GW's: Infantry is the same save for Marines, vehicles are around double the size, and Titans have a bigger difference so the ones they sell...

Hi guys, Long time no post! It has... been a while. ;D I'm looking to build a small 1500 point Eldar force. I see Vanguard can provide the basics like Infantry, Falcons and Wave Serpents, but I'm struggling to find proxies for other things like the super heavies, night spinners and fire prisms. Any...

Someone shared this link over on the AT Subreddit it stitches together several of the images to go from arm to arm: https://i.imgur.com/u4YYk0p.png {Not my image} Thanks. Looks like the scaly looking Warlord there is in one of the illustrations on Adeptus Titanicus and Codex Titanicus books, so it ...

Hmm, can we drop calling it 8mm though? I mean, Titanicus is just 1/4th of 40k.

Yeah, but in this case i think they are talking about the ones being printed in around 8mm supposedly to fit with AT18 and AI2, or the 8mm Marines 10-11mm tall, so the category more or less fits in this competition.

Yeah, it is tricky if you want to remain with the current style at that size. If not doing something similar to GW's infantry (arms closer to the body) and using capes or weapons for between the legs for the worst cases should be enough, but i doubt your customers will like that.

Interesting addition. Thought at first it was a normal transport but a better look and the background showed me otherwise. By the way, is there any plans, even in the far future, to add Eloi to the fray?
