I have been playing with the Ulthwe list for quite some time now and yes it is a good list. It is nasty and can cause some crushing defeats on its opponents. Having said all that it does suffer from the same problems as any Eldar list. Also the Aspects are harder to use as they are in smaller number...

I must admit that I am in the camp that would just like to see them dropped. No changes just quitely disappear never to be mentioned again.

Until then I will use them to the hilt when ever I'm playing Eldar. :D

I would recommend IG as well.

The lack of special rules is the winner for me everytime. Also you get more units for your points, most of the time :p  so losing a unit or two isn't as devestating as for Eldar.

I can't agree more with some of the sentiments posted above. When the experimental rules for E-A came out I was hooked immediately, remembering those huge battles of the past. Since then I haven't brought another 40k/Fantasy/ancients figure for myself. I pick up the odd model here and there for my k...

Well with BT published, Ulthwe submitted, good job MC23. I suppose we should start discussing Saim-Hann and the other races.

Then again the suns out and I could do with losing some of this whiteness to my skin.

A question that comes to mind is if a Tyranid player turns up with brood creatures and TH and Warriors. How is BTS goal to be worked out? Is it the most expensive model? Or a swarm? and if it is this case then swarm sizes can be changed through out the game with either a swarm being reinforced with ...

I would be very interested in discussing the goals for bugs.

I have found this the hardest area to get my head around with this list.

Keep up the good work gents.

The thing is some of us want to help as well. We are also interested in some of the variant lists, Ulthwe in my case, and if we can't see where the main list is going then how can we work on our own list.
