But the basic question is really: Can popped up skimmers treat LOS-blocking War Engines like they treat LOS-blocking terrain, and see over them when popped up (if the distance stipulations are met) ?

I've never encountered this, but I would I suppose treat the middle knight like I'd treat the wood itself - it's closer to the skimmers than the target is, so the popped up skimmers can see the target.

I don't know on that personally.

I quite like the idea of big landers being relatively rare, and the orbital ships mostly being served by dozens and dozens of smaller craft.

The idea with the Lighters is that they're small cargo transfer ships.

So because the big starships can't enter the atmosphere, they use dozens of these little lighters to carry cargo pods up and down from the bulk cargo haulers in orbit.

Tribal Skinners. They're ace.

We're now chasing our £16k Funding Target.
If we get there, a lot of new models and scenery kits become real.
If we don't, they don't.

Hope you make it guys! It is quite a high target you've gone for. Do keep sharing it around on Epic and AT groups, etc. It is a stupidly high target, that's true. But the price of tooling has gone up a lot recently, meaning we need it this high to avoid making a loss. On the other hand, uptake on t...

Whomever sculpted those is a genius and I'm going to give him all my hard earned money, so that he can sculpt more things for me. Wouldn't that be a bit counterproductive, as you'd lose some of it to Kickstarter's fees? ;D Damn, I thought I'd discovered some sort of perpetual motion machine there f...

the Knights do seem overpriced though

Note these are Questoris statted Knights - statted to match the modern GW plastic model, not the E40k era Paladins.
So they're a bit better.

250pts left over and no decent way to spend it. Why not grab a Knight, and 75pts of Upgrades? Or, just a basic Inf Company? And/or drop the Marauders because they are Marauders. :-P (And then you have 500pts to play with) Also just a quick question, is the upgrade limiting me to a single sabre for ...

serves you right using that silly Ulani list ;) :spin Maybe they need a hard limit? I don't want to suggest pulling things like infiltrator because then it becomes a millstone. it's a hard one. =/ I reckon they might be okay as-is... I'm certainly interested to try them out, at least. We literally ...

1 - Conqueror: movement 25cm? Why the Tallarn Conquerors are slower than others? Don't shound it be 30cm? I used the EUK stats when writing the list. I'll rewrite that & repoint if necessary. 2 - Mukaali Support Cavalry: I think the FF should be better than the FF of a guards stand with that 2 ...
