Thanks both! They're sizeable but I think I will go with using them as Junkatrukks.

I'm plotting out possible armies for the Orktober tournament (Bristol tournament in October where all armies used should be orks of any faction). How long is a Skinnerz Finback mode pleasel? The site doesn't say. And/or does any one have a photo of one next to a base of infantry of something? I'm no...

If you're 3d printing such things consider getting the GrimDarkTerrain city walls? They look great with lots of nice detail - https://grimdarkterrain.com/product/wal ... l-package/

In UK Epic tournaments all scenery (no matter how small) is treated as infinitely high to keep things simple and clear. I've played both ways but I prefer the infinitely high approach myself. I've always played range as flat too and not taken height into account. Things could get problematic if up a...

Good to hear from you again Mosc and that you got to play. The community here is a lot quieter than in used to be, but a lot of people are using Facebook Whattsapp and/or Discord for Epic discussion instead these days. Epic is still going strong here in the UK - the regular UK Epic tournaments are p...

Welcome! Epic Armageddon (the 4th and current edition of Epic) is the version the considerable majority of players play and what I would recommend getting into. It's sometimes called 'Net Epic Armageddon'. Confusingly there's also an old fan made version of the Epic rules that was a variant of 2nd e...

3d printing tyranids is always an option too, plenty of free STLs out there.

Welcome to the forums and playing Epic :) It's a great game! You seem to be using an out of date army list there and the points have changed slightly since (IG Regimental HQ now costs 450 not 500). There’s a geographical divergence in what Epic army lists people use - if you’re a UK player use the E...

Grimdark Terrain are a couple of months into producing excellent small scaled 3d printable terrain files for AT and Epic gaming. It's a patreon thingy where you can subscribe and pay some money each month to get a load of files each month. Or most of the files will be available to buy separately, th...

We've just been building and painting models ready for when we can play again. Tabletop is potentially an option, I think some others were doing that. We got lucky last September when the virus restrictions eased enough to have a small socially distanced Epic tournament but since things have got way...

Late replying but answering some things discussed a while ago:. I measure ranges to whichever is closest of base or model. So no Manta overhanging the deployment zone while it’s base is in 15 Cygnus, the whole model would have to be within the 15. I used a formation of Ionheads in my last tournament...

Stats are up on the GW site if anyone understands AT and can translate it to Epic? Apparently it costs more than twice as much as a Warlord so it must be potent.
