Cheers guys, I am certainly thinking I would like to run Castle Assault again next year. However I am now gearing myself up for Cancon next January, as Cal mentioned. Onyx I certainly hope to see you and the West Australian guys there.

| G'day guys Last weekend saw my club run our first epic tournament. The weekend was heaps of fun and we had 16 players take the field to compete for the the title. | Alright after several rain checks finally the eldar hit the table against the Scarab Conflict Necrons. We trialled the pulsars at: Phantom pulsar- 2 x MW 2+ (TK1) 75cm Scorpion- 2 x MW 2+ 75cm The Necrons were sporting the Aeonic Orb, 3 x monolith maniples, 3 x warrior phalanx, 1 x eques maniple, 1 ... |

I am happy to try the Phantom pulsar at 2 x TK 2+ in a game this weekend. Can also try the Scorpion at 2 x MW 2+ 75cm, I'll feed back observations.

Maybe I have missed this part of the discussion but haven't noticed any debate on the Phantom and to a lesser extent the Scorpion. I have been using both in games over the last 6 months agai... |

| Nice work on those Raptors, must've been a lot of work doing all those crests! Perhaps with the Titan use wire to make the lightning arc, just slightly, off the model as it moves from point to point. It'll give a more ethereal look if it's jumping off the blue armour and won't be a massive ball-ach... |

I have seen electicity done with bristles from a fine wire brush scrunched to give them that random sharp direction changes.

I have just finished reading this 30 page thread and I am blown away. Apoc your modeling skill is sensational and your conversions are inspiring. What's even better that there seems no end to them. I truly am in the land of giants now!!!

| Hey Guys Some of the bases need another coat around the edges as it seems a bit thin. That was my thinking – hadn't noticed the nocked bases on the hounds so much. A second coat to give a more uniform colour would do it i recon. Your right, I will do it soon. Over this next week or two I am working... |
