KiC hit the nail on the head. I'd add that one of the goals once the Vior'la heavy suits stats are completed, is to put together a master Tau list. It wouldn't necessarily serve as a tournament list, although TOs could certainly allow it, but rather a master list with all the stat lines for people t...

Thanks guys! I appreciate the compliments on the reports, although to be honest it comes from a place of not remembering each little detail haha. When we get to the march for 18, I'll switch over to more turn by turn reports to allow for more analysis. Ghostkeels are older metal forumware. I've seen...

Got three games in with Vior'la at NEAT this year. List note: skyrays are listed at 75pts, a decrease from 100 in third Sphere. They need to be brought back up to 100. Vior'la 2.2 v Steel Legion Breacher + devilfish + Shas'o + skyray Breacher + devilfish + skyray Pathfinder + devilfish 2x R'varna + ...

Maybe check in with Yme-loc who used to AC the Tau list for many years? I'm 99% sure Railheads having Burst Cannons as a secondary weapon is intentional and a balancing downside compared to the other weapon fits and no accident. There's no obligation for all variants of a tank to have the same spon...

Thank you,in retrospect it’s quite embarrassingly clear xD , for some reason when reading the jump pack rules I just naturally thought of terrain dangerous to AVs for whatever reason. Imagining a big branch to the balls on they way down! But ofc , dangerous to THEM as inf (face palm) ! So much rule...

Here's the batrep. Sorry if it's a bit lean on activation detail. Coach can add in comments as necessary. Iron Warriors 3.1 v Tyranids (Approved) Nids Swarm + Dom + Symbiote Swarm + Hive Tyrant + warrior + carnifex + haruspex Swarm + HT + warrior + carnifex + haruspex Swarm + HT + warrior + haruspex...

(oh, and if I may? what are, or where can I find, these suggested changes to the Manta mentioned above?) cheers =) The trial version is listed in the Vior'la list. We're looking at either a 50 or 75 or reduction in cost and increasing the rail cannons from one at 2+ to 2 at 3+. I think they still s...

A quick one, we are going to play a game and we noticed that the Pulse Ordinance Multi Driver shows as having ''Ignore Cover'' instead on ''Ind''. It has Indirect Fire, isn´t it? And by the way, thank you very much for dropping the RA from several armours, it was a pain to roll dice thrice and sepa...

Reaction Mattie played a good game despite getting stuck with several bad deals, especially: losing first activation twice, the exploding thawk with bikes, and the death company assault. The thawk was especially rough since it meant the R'varna were unharmed and he was down to activations. Another b...

Turn 3 Blood Angel won the initiative. Unfortunately, they were in a bit of a pinch by this point. My second stealth formation teleported down on my blitz to help defend it. The bike formation engaged my FW formation, winning the engagement. I maneuvered with putting my pathfinders on the BA blitz. ...

Turn 2 All broken formations rallied. Tau again won activation on turn 2. The Supremacy suit unloaded on the two strong landspeeders wiping them out. The terminators had teleported in behind my Supremacy suit. I made a tactical mistake here. I engaged them with my boys fire warriors, except this let...
