Osprey's Fighting Sail is a good place to start. It is good for people who don't want to get into the usual rivet counting of the period's rules. I believe Blucher was designed for 6MM in mind. You might want to look at the requirements for that.

I watched the two battle reports and I have some more thoughts..... 1. Since Optimal target is critical to game play, you have too many unit types.
