What is hard to see is a fantastic effort put in by the organisers and just what a great venue The Waargh Taverne is....

Great... that gives me a sense of its size. I have a true scale lucius warlord in my bitz box (its slighty warped, it fell of a truck with miscasts).
Looking forward to se more it :)

I would not mind it being some what larger. Im torn, maybe I think yours become to big for my taste. Do you have true scale warhound you can size compare with? I like your model, but it seems so large even next the titan. If you cut off the side spines, as you mention, do post more pictures. best Jens

Hi Tyranid player here :=) My interpretation is that the bio-shock template is there all the time. That means you can charge the Trygon 40cm and then touch many bases. I also agree that there are no movement restrictions, so it can become rather silly and lawnmower like :) I have never thought of it...

Hi NetEpic Gold is not dead in my view. Gold is, as I understand it, meant to be static. Meaning that no major changes or development occur in gold. I think there are two developments: The points system is being worked on, but there does not seem to any real usage of it the community and thus it app...

Hi Thanks for the answer. The Cost comparisons list updated 4-16-16.pdf says 0.43 in the right most column so I thought that was the newest. With the modified points value, I agree that 2 pts is close enough. Thanks for the clarification. C&C more often than not means Command & Control when ...

Hi A facebook post got me thinking about this new point system. The idea one facebook was that it was cheaper (300pts) to buy 3 x battle company for SM than one of Assault, Tactical and Devestator company. Under the current C&C rules for SM these two buys are same on the table and should cost th...

Hi I prefer not to discuss what i feel it should do, because if that is brought up, the eldar gets hit with a rather large nerf bat. My conclusion is: Rules as Written: the template does not scatter. Rules as Intended: Maybe it should scatter, only primarch was around back then. Actions: Accept RaW ...

Hi Ok, if thats the intent, then I'm not the one to say it's wrong. But the text says something else. The text i quoted in OP was from the Eldar codex, the rulebook is rather more clear: "These shields disrupt targeting systems and distort the image of the titan. The effectiveness of the shield...

My own conclusion follows the lines of MagnusIlluminus, but then again i don't have any holo-fields in my armies, so I may be biased.

For now I'll just follow and see if any one else has anything to add.

Hi The eldar holo-fields rules gives some special conditions for its operation. The text says: This save is ineffective against template weapons, as well as psychic attacks that do not require line of sight. However, any barrage template that covers the unit will always scatter regardless of whether...
