I can live with the 1 strategy rating I guess, but I have a quaetion I will repeat elsewhere, can you use the supreme commander reroll rolling for who goes first?

I am playing Inyaden, and will be starting painting the maiden world lists in the new year.
Curently have enough stuff to play 6-10000 points of any of the lists I have seen

In game balance terms, I would like it as at 3000 points you can feiled a much more varied army, but like using two so have no major problems.
Have yet to find an eldar unit (well except for scouts and storm serpents) that I do not like.
