Well, that's going to please my fellow ork opponent. Like I said he has lost every single game quite brutally. Bad for me though, I guess I'm not as good as I thought :( With that said, I have been trying to find the most balanced rules that still keeps the spirit of Epic and Netepic, so it's going ... |

Thanks for responses
Regarding point 1, your absolutely right, that actually makes sense. If you would be "stupid" enough to NOT solve the CC first, I guess you would have yourself to blame |

So, next game we will finally try out the Palladium rules. We have played four NEG games, so this will be interesting :) Having read the english translation of the v2.2 rules, some questions though arose. I hope someone from the Palladium team has time to help us out with some or all of these questi... |

Hi, so, in our next game it looks like we are going to try out the new Palladium rules. So far we have just been playing NEG rules, Squats vs. Orks. Squats have basically won every single game we've played. All from tight victories to crushing. We've been trying to find balance in the armies by impl... |

Hi, sorry for my late response also, guess summer got in the way :) So I interpret that as "activation wise", you don't gain any advantage. You would activate and move the 7 bikes AND the guild master in ONE activation. In the combat phase later, the guild master could potentially fire in ... |

A bit unclear indeed. But to be honest, for me and my opponent, it's never been an issue. Me playing Squats, I only have the Overlord, that is a flier/floater. The base movement of the Overlord is only 15cm so I have honestly never been able to put my bombs to use. Putting the overlord on charge for... |

When one stand/unit in a detachment has the command ability, how should you play the activation/-s for the detachment? For example the Guild Bike Detachment that consists of 7 Bikes and 1 Guildmaster (with the Command ability). Since a command unit according to the rule, doesn't need any order. Can ... |

Incredibly late input ;) but we have had the same discussions that it seems weird a barrage template should be useless against non-hq/command units, just because they happen to be under the same template. We implemented the simplest house rule of all, it's ok if the template covers the HQ unit/model... |

I've never used tunnelers I have to admit, been thinking about it, but I always thought that scatter rule makes it just a bit too unpredictable. But from how I interpret the rules I would say: 1) Reading it literally, yes, troops would be destroyed since they are off table. BUT, with that said, that... |

My last statement regarding the troops being on charge was just a way to say that if they had a movement of > 10cm, it wouldn't be an issue at all. But thanks, feels like we have interpreted this correct, this is how we play it |

I was just curious what your view is on the following scenario and if it's ok or not. If I have an infantry stand on advance orders, inside a Rhino, and lets say the Rhino is on charge orders. If I take that Rhino and drive it right up next to a building. Then the stand leaves the Rhino, meaning it ... |

Had almost forgotten this thread :) The discussion actually came up in the Epic FB group a couple of weeks ago, and someone posted a response that made perfect sense to me. Don't understand to be honest why I didn't see it myself in the first place. It's in the line of what you say, with a slight di... |

In the combat phase, also Close Combat is included, right? So you can choose to perform advance fire, first fire or resolve a close combat? |

Nice and thanks
Downloaded it yesterday and have read through it, some interesting new rules, but looks like for the most part it keeps the spirit of both Gold and the previous Palladium version.
I hope it's ok to get back with some questions |

I understand it can snap fire if it has advance or FF orders, it was more a question of if it can do it when on those orders and having already moved. Thus the comparison to a command unit. The rules state that a command unit always moves normally and fires in the first fire phase, but if the comman... |
