You could try cutting the off some Ork heavy plasma guns and gluing them on.

+1 if you then glue the missile launchers to the Orks and paint them up as Blood Axes.

I had to go and check the Gorgon. I could have sworn it was slightly bigger but.. my Chimerro was wider.

I remember the old battle fortresses being a bit bigger though. They definitely made the plastic Bonebreaker tanks look small.
