Any movement on this list? Very tempted to build a talons army because itll look amazing but will never get a willing opponent to play against with this rule set.

| Adding more units puts the list back at the beginning of development and need to restart battle reports for submission for approval. Just puts the list in a never completed state. Better to make a new list that has all the new stuff and finish approval on this one as is. |
