I'd be interested in attending, but my schedule stays so fluid that it would depend on what date is settled on. I've wanted to make the last several NEAT tournies, but have been unable to make the drive up for various reasons. I do live in the Wash DC area though, so if you decide you want some prac...

I just wanted to chime in here and say how much I really like this system. I've played several test games, and I've finished one army and started two others at 10mm to lure unsuspecting players into the game. The rules are simple to understand, but offer a surprising amount of tactical depth. Buildi...

As it so happens, I'll be out from the east coast and staying in the hotel anyway, so I'll pack my guard and see you there! I'm looking forward to getting some good epic gaming in.

Those miniatures are incredibly detailed, as well as expertly painted. Are the GW sculpts?? Thanks, Matus. It's actually a mix of different stuff. The dread is a very old Grandma Wendy plastic, (which very awesomely looks like a contemptor pattern from FW...) the drop pod is the current SG sculpt, ...

These are looking good. I've always loved the look of crisis suits. I agree with Westside's thought of painting the guns a different color to add more contrast. You can see that you've done the detail work in your pics, but that would help draw attention to the figures.

These are beautiful, man. I'd love to play a game against such a well painted army. The basing works great with the model, and I'm a fan of the great use of the orange spot color. Look forward to seeing more.

Thanks for the comments, guys. I'm glad you like the scheme! Since I've had some extra time this week, I went ahead and did up my next unit: a tactical unit in drop pods. I plan on painting rhinos as well, just haven't gotten around to it yet. I decided to do all my character upgrades on the small c...

Hi, all! Although I've yet to play a game of Epic, I really enjoy painting up the figures and thought I'd join in the fun. Hopefully I'll be able to hook up with the group of gamers up in MD sometime for a few games. Anyway, I'll be doing codex marines and painting them up as my 40k custom chapter,t...

Great looking stuff, yorkie! What figures did you use for your nova marines? I've been looking everywhere online and can't seem to find the manufacturer. Are they something you did? I'd love to get some to paint up, as they make great unique looking marines.
