Perfect, thanks for the feedback everyone 
Going to go with the Dark Eagles. Nice colour scheme that's not much different to Dark Angels at Epic scale, and no huge background so I can tweak it around a bit myself.
Will paint up a few stands and let everyone see my first attempts soon. |
