Yeah me too. Still we have 5 months and hopefully it'll be feasible to paint up 600 points a month on average. Consider it a challenge? I'm gradually building my first load. Alternatively a few people with large ork collections might be up for loaning some to others to play that don't have orks. 181...

He's not selling STLs though is he? Just prints of his own designs. I'd still be equally fine buying them without really caring. As a subsequent retailer is there anything different for you for selling his metal models or 3d printed ones of the same? I would think shipping might be a tiny bit cheape...

For a weapon specifically dedicated to killing aircraft (at least that's what the majority of us will be using it to proxy in games) the gun seems to have a limited fire arc above itself and would only be able to attack aircraft below a certain angle. Is it possible to adjust the side bits holding t...

Yay! The new transport looks amazing and is the last big thing I was lacking for my Skitarii army. I'll be ordering a load in time when I get back to them.

I don't play your version so can't help with the rules but it's not Emperor class incidentally, an Emperor class would be way bigger.

Given you're now 3d printing them I might be interested in negotiating with you for a custom order for 8mm / upscaled Grudd airships when I eventually do my army of them (maybe not for a year or two as I have other armies I'm doing sooner). For my Epic armies I'm using 6mm infantry and vehicles alon...

I don't play AT or understand how it works really. I just got an overview from the article, looked at the Epic AU stats for the Glaive SM superheavy (that also has a Volkite weapon) and threw together some rough initial stats trying to balance them to be equal to other Epic-UK Warhound weapon options.

I have a cunning plan for my army. Most people use the forge world ork Gargantuan Squiggoth to count as an Orkeosaurus but I'm just going to use this (and other similar sized conversions) for regular Squiggoths. In the 40k rules the Gargantuan Squiggoth below only has a transport capacity of 20, whi...

Thanks both! They're sizeable but I think I will go with using them as Junkatrukks.

I'm plotting out possible armies for the Orktober tournament (Bristol tournament in October where all armies used should be orks of any faction). How long is a Skinnerz Finback mode pleasel? The site doesn't say. And/or does any one have a photo of one next to a base of infantry of something? I'm no...

If you're 3d printing such things consider getting the GrimDarkTerrain city walls? They look great with lots of nice detail - https://grimdarkterrain.com/product/wal ... l-package/

In UK Epic tournaments all scenery (no matter how small) is treated as infinitely high to keep things simple and clear. I've played both ways but I prefer the infinitely high approach myself. I've always played range as flat too and not taken height into account. Things could get problematic if up a...
