Hello, It's possible to place a character on upgrade unit ? Two examples (but there are many others): an Imperial Commissar on a base of Ogryns or Space Marines Archivist in a Land raider upgrade ? You know a rule or a "ruling" (with source / link please) that prohibited this? Thank you in...
