I dislike using pure grey tones for highlighting black myself. I personally prefer using Shadow Grey, which is a blueish grey, followed up by a second highlight (where needed) of Shadow Grey mixed with Space Wolves Grey (which is also very blueish). Try some techniques out on a test mini you won't u... |

Ah, thanks for the info. See, I didn't know FoW was 15mm, though the detail on the soldiers should've given it away. Still, the hills look kind of nice, and I am looking for companies whose stuff can be ordered via Wayland, as a friend of mine regularely orders from them and I have no way to order o... |

Well, this easily won my vote for favourite project log... Simply brilliant. You should show us more in-game pics, I always enjoy that. Say, your IG stuff, most of the GW-produced tanks are probably Forgeworld's, right? Bummer that they are thinning that down. I would've liked some. Simply brilliant... |

So, yesterday I did some more work on my Daemon Prince... Here are the pics: So that Daemon Prince has this weird fly-thing on his arm, that I tried to model as well... It looks pretty nifty, though from this close-up, it looks a little amateuristic... Here's to hoping painting it will make it look ... |

By all means, do! The spike on his forehead is from a Dryad bit. The sword is just fiddling with plasticard, and the rest is just insane copying from the original... The pose is practically the same, it's scary! PS: Still some unanswered questions from the bottom of the first page.  PS2: Is it j... |

Since you guys are so kind to help me out, it's only fair I return the favour by showing you some juicy pictures!! Least interesting: I had these lying around for a while, to start my Guard army, and now they are basecoated. But now my Death Guard stuff!! VROOM VROOM!! Cute Icons on their front, no?... |

Hi. I kind of miss your point. Are you suggesting I make them 10-man strong? Is that a legitimate possibility though? I wouldn't mind doing it, if it is possible. And another question, while we're at it. I want to start a Guard army as well in the near future. Now, I know the standard bases are 20 b... |

Chaos Obliterators sounds like an EXCELLENT idea! Thanks for that (and the quick reply). So, 5 marines per stand. Does that include a captain on each stand? Or only one per so many stands or something? And Devastators are basically a Heavy Weapon Marine units? (I don't play SM in 40K) Would that be ... |

Hey guys, It's been quite a while. So I finally figured out what all these little plastic soldiers were supposed to represent, AS IT WAS WRITTEN ON THE BACK OF THE BOX.... Pictures included. I am SUCH a silly goose. No, seriously! So anyhoo, I have gotten quite a bit more time nowadays, and decided ... |

Thanks, at least now I have a general idea of how to build it up.
Yeah, it's only Tactical Marines, but we know how to convert. And I definitely don't mind proxying, as it's all going to be Chaos anyways.
So, is 2000 points a good start or should we head for 3000 immediatly? |

Thanks... The only problem is, that start was half a year ago. If you could read my previous post, perhaps you could help me with making a new start... Because I have zero knowledge of Epic, and not enough time to come up with a good, solid armylist with the stuff I have... So if you could help me o... |

Hey everyone, I haven't been around in a looong time... I've done a lot of stuff since, but nothing for Epic, I'm afraid. Now, I hope this will change in the near future. I'm getting married in less than a week, after which we will finally have our own place, and plenty of room for some hardcore hob... |
