Wow - looks lovely so far! IMHO crenelations around the top and some buttresses would help a lot if you want that 40k feel, along with a couple of Imp. eagles or Ad.Mech. skulls : ) |

Hi peoples! After seeing Gaskran's beautiful modular hex board I've decided to make one, and given that I don't fancy cutting fifty milimetre-perfect joining hill pieces and that I've got other small terrain pieces I've wanted to cast and replicate for a while I'm thinking of making smallish section... |

Oh my good grief. The modular hills, the river / road flexibility, the way you've got little hexes meshing into the big ones - it's absolutely godly. I'm sick of playing on flocked chipboard and I've been wanting to make a modular board for a long while. Your beautiful board's convinced me to go hex... |

Quote: (zap123 @ 17 Jan. 2009, 02:52 ) I tried sticking Kurandas's head on a Phantom back in the day but IIRC it was too wide to fit the wings. I'm actually with Scream in being pretty uncomfortable about the idea of an Eldar CC titan.  A weapon giving +D6 that they can take two of sounds OT... |

I don't even play Eldar and I think the sword is a great idea. Would be very dangerous with the 2+ and the high speed but nothing is unstoppable, especially in big games (and a CC titan is such a gamble it'd see most use in larger games IMHO, when most armies would have some way of stopping it if th... |

1. MK2 (?) Vindicator! The flat one with the silly gun! 2. MK1 Warhound 3. Beetleback / Banelord 4. Daemon Engines / LoB 5. Plastic SM2 Rhino. Totally ubiquitous and I think they look pretty awesome - I can just imagine them beetling around, flipping over, doing Mad Hollywood Stunts and blowing up! |

We've played double VPs needed to win, double VPs for objectives and both opponents get the points for breaking a unit, on a weird hexagon we marked on the floor with coins, and it worked really well. Everybody needs to split their forces since if you beat down on somebody the third player will rack... |

Shame there seems to be no data around for disposable income, what with housing, fuel and energy prices through the roof. |

Awesome! A tank worthy of the Bolt Thrower song, dude.
As many have already said that mud looks amazing. I could swear you'd dipped the tank in a puddle : O |
