Any idea of when the Renaissance and Dark Alliance skirmish packs will be available? I have a feeling the Renaissance will end up broken up into Early, Landsknecht, and Fantasy but looking forward to seeing if the Hussars end up in any of the packs. |

I must have an older set because the forced march is still on there. I was looking at base sizes at 40x10 for each rank of ranked units, 40x20 for each rank of cavalry, 40x40 for large monsters and chariots, and 20x20 for characters. Using the 20 divisor will allow all your units to match up better ... |

Love the start of the skirmish packs. Going to see what they all look like and choose a few different ones plus the wasteland samplers. |

The sample packs for the Wasteland series look great. That's exactly the kind of thing I was thinking might be great for the Fantasy selections.
What's the chance of griffins being sculpted for the woodlands army? Those would add a great combat flyer. |

Northing wrong with making the yard a little more sturdy. I always hated how thin the Man O War ones were. |

Exactly. I want all the things but maybe not an army of all the things. Who am I kidding I want an army of all the things but I want to sample it first since my wallet says I can't have them all right now. |

It sounds like it is a lot like Dragon Rampant for 28mm. You can basically make your units however weak or powerful you want based on the stats and attributes you want to give them. Some of the generic rule sets aren't too bad for taking and using whatever figures you want to work with. |

One thing that I think might be of an interest to people out there, especially ones teetering on the edge of what to get, would be a sampling deal. A few minis from several different armies so that people can buy something that will give them a true taste of what Microworld offers. |

No that is what I was thinking. I know there were a series of foot troops with the wings as well although it was a single wing rather than the double that the cavalry wore. And a command section that matches those different types. Looking great though. |

I love the Polish Winged Hussars. Is there any chance of getting foot troops and command for them? The Early Renaissance line looks incredible. |

We'll start on page one. There needs to be a bit of an into into the rules. Troops point sizes, table sizes, etc. There are some assumptions made that people immediately know certain terms and these should be explained a bit more with the novice or completely new gamer in mind. A good breakdown of e... |

Sounds like a plan. I'll drop a post here later this evening with at least the first bit that I have questions and suggestions for. |

I saw that this is quite an old post but is there any movement for With Sword and Shield? I didn't see it listed on the Legionnaire website although there was some mention of it on TMP. |

I've downloaded Wartorn and gone over the game getting ready to play a few games. I've worked for a few different gaming companies doing rules review and playtesting so enjoyed looking over the rules. I had a few questions and some possible suggestions. I obviously will have more once I get in a gam... |
